Coach Jermaine Oswan Shand is a seasoned coach with over a decade of international experience. A former 400m/400m hurdles athlete from Jamaica, he holds certifications in World Athletics Level 2 Coaching and Strength & Conditioning. He has served in multiple roles across Jamaica, USA, Japan, South Africa, Finland, and now India.

Since 2019, Mr. Shand has been actively training over 35 athletes in Pune through Rajpath Sports Foundation. He previously trained athletes at Abhinav Seva Foundation and now leads Rajpath’s CSR initiative to develop future Indian champions from Karnataka & Maharashtra.
Through his guidance, many athletes have already excelled at National Games and Khelo India. His mentorship focuses on holistic development — combining discipline, performance, and opportunity for underprivileged youth.
Recent Highlight: Rajpath Sports Foundation earned Runners-up Club Award at the Interclub Competition (Aug–Sept 2024) with 16 medals won by our athletes.
